- The bases and objectives of establishing the project.

- Assembling all project-specific information used in the design such as:
- The code used in the design.

- Soil and basics report for the project site.

- Matching architectural paintings as required by the code.
- Matching architectural horizontal projections to facades and sectors.

- Matching electrical panels to architectural paintings.
- Matching air conditioning panels to structural and architectural paintings.
- Preparation of the final report on matching and approval.
